Seminar impressions: Balance or how to handle stress

Stress and how to handle it:

During the two days seminar “Balance – postitive handling of stress” the participants learned by experiences, how to detect their own stress patterns. With the help of own examples they elaborated, which thinking patterns are the trigger of their stress. Situations from work and private live helped to get ideas for selfmanagement and next steps for change.
