In order to position itself in a market and customer-oriented manner, a nationwide provider of insurance and financial solutions developed principles and guidelines. These were now to be put into practice. We realized that this had not yet been done on a day-to-day basis.
In order to win over the leaders as implementers, we built understanding in a co-creative leaders conference and conveyed content in interactive learning nuggets. The leadership also identified obstacles and next steps. Employees took part in working groups to implement these.
Result: Increased awareness among leaders of their responsibility as change promoters, implementation of principles in everyday life and thus greater customer orientation, participation and enthusiasm among employees
