From practice: grow and stay agil

Founded in 2011, the company is growing rapidly. The previously short paths and adjustments on demand were no longer functional for the new size of the company. The aim was to create functional structures while maintaining the mission, agile working and a high level of collegiality.

During the process, a strategy was developed for the first time, goals were derived, starting points were identified and tackled in an open format with all colleagues, the importance of a delegation framework was recognised and the image of collaboration was defined. All leaders were empowered in a 9-module training series.

Result: Clarity of the company’s direction and goals, standardised understanding of leadership, implementation of new structures
